Niceville Market Status

So how are things currently looking for the Niceville Real Estate Market.  For the month of February 2025, the average sales price was $564,328 and the average home sold for 96.5% of the asking price.  Homes that sold in February took 54 days on average to sell.  There are currently 177 single family homes for sale in the 32578 zip code.  Sales are slow but steady.  We are just getting ready to enter PCS season, so I would expect to see a lot more home come on the market over the next 2 months.  That means more choices but usually also means more buyers.
